Who we are
rumcake is a trading name of Dimension Warriors Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13327493). Registered office details are available on the Companies House register.
The product
CymaticPlate is a macOS audio plugin sold by rumcake. Each purchase grants one (1) personal or commercial license for use on a single machine. The license key is bound to your email and is verified locally with an RSA signature. No activation server is contacted at runtime.
No refunds
License keys are serialised to your email at the time of purchase. Once issued, a key cannot be revoked and the digital product is considered delivered in full. We do not offer refunds. By completing checkout you confirm that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, §16(m), in respect of serialised digital content delivered immediately.
Use of the software
You may use CymaticPlate to produce commercial music, sound design, audio post-production, or any other lawful purpose. You may not redistribute the plugin binary, the license keys, or the audio samples. You may not reverse engineer the activation mechanism to bypass licensing.
Updates
Updates are included for the life of the product. A new major version may be sold separately; if so, existing licensees will receive a discount.
